Yoga is the most magical dose of movement medicine allowing us to be nurtured and embraced with every breath down to the core of our being. When we awaken to the opportunity of letting go of our expectations and judgements around our practice, we make space for awareness around abundance of love compassion and gratitude for the here and now. Opening up layer by layer, yoga can be transformative if we allow our selves to explore the fluctuations of feelings that arise through sensations and thoughts. Discovering our attachments to story and ego, are woven deeply in the fabric of our being but we can loosen the ties and unravel more freedom and purpose to navigate the full spectrum of life circumstances.

This time is as potent as any other. I’m challenging myself—and I’m inviting you—to remember that this isn’t a time for waiting. It’s a time for complete presence and love. It is my intention to share these love offerings - virtually, online, live, in studio, outdoors - through workshops and special events.
